Welcome to Paud Church

A Sanctuary of Faith and Nature

Nestled in the peaceful countryside of Paud, a quiet hamlet 35 km from Pune and just 9 km from the scenic Mulshi Dam, our humble church stands as a testament to God’s faithfulness and the unwavering devotion of those who have served here over the years.

This charming stone church, standing strong against the tides of time, has been a silent witness to the countless prayers, dedication, and sacrifices of God’s faithful servants in this remote yet spiritually rich land. It is more than just a structure—it is a monument of faith, a place where hearts are lifted in worship, and where the presence of God is deeply felt.

Surrounded by God’s Creation

Set in a picturesque valley, the church is blessed with nature’s breathtaking beauty, reflecting the glory of its Creator. A gentle river flows nearby, while majestic mountains covered with diverse flora and fauna surround this sacred place. Every sunrise and sunset over these hills seems to whisper the praises of God, reminding us of His grandeur and love.

Faithful Yesteryears

Established 1912 by Church of Scotland

"Through the windows past the altar, how those distance mountains shone.
Seem like they climb unto God's holy throne.
I know that in my heart Jesus Christ will always reign.
But I am never closer to him than in that Church out on the plain."
